On conversion of warrants
Euro Finmart announced that the Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 22 September 2014 has allotted 4,66,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each pursuant to conversion of warrants allotted on Preferential basis at a premium of Rs. 100/- each to Alankit Finsec (Promoter Group) through resolution passed in the Annual General Meeting held on 05 July 2014.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
