Galaxy Consolidated Finance announced that following two directors were appointed as additional directors of the Company in the Board Meeting dated 15 June 2015 :1. Ashokbhai Harilal Khatik - Appointed as additional director of the Company w.e.f. 15 June 2015.
2. Shailesh Harivadanbhai Prajapati - Appointed as additional director of the Company w.e.f. 15 June 2015.
