Gillanders Arbuthnot & Company announced that it has completed the acquisition of 100 per cent fully paid up equity shares of Group Developments, Malawi through its wholly owned subsidiary, Gillanders Holdings (Mauritius) for a total consideration of USD 12.01 million.
