Godrej Consumer Products standalone net profit rises 12.27% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 6.55% to Rs 1207.75 crore

Net profit of Godrej Consumer Products rose 12.27% to Rs 211.14 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 188.06 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 6.55% to Rs 1207.75 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 1133.51 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 13.03% to Rs 739.72 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 654.45 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 8.67% to Rs 4748.19 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 4369.25 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
