Golden Goenka Fincorp announced that the Company has received letter from Chandra Kumar Chandak, Director of the Company tendering his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 11 May 2015.Accordingly, Chandra Kumar Chandak ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from 11 May 2015.
