Plant manufacturing activities affected due to disconnection of electricity
Gontermann Peiper (India) announced that the Company's manufacturing activity has been affected for past few weeks due to disconnection of electricity by West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company to the Company's plant relating to claim of a disputed amount, which is sub-judice before court of law for last 20 years.However, the Company has already filed a Writ petition before the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta against such disconnection and the Order is awaited shortly.
