Graphite India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company vide separate resolutions dated 25 August 2014 have approved appointment of the following two individuals as additional directors of the Company, to hold office up to the date of the next Annual General Meeting.1. Gaurav Swarup - an industrialist of repute and is presently Managing Director of Paharpur Cooling Towers Limited, Kolkata and Chairman of KSB Pumps, Pune.
2. Renu Challu - a banker by profession, held various positions in State Bank of India (SBI), was MD & CEO of SBI DFHI, Mumbai, MD of State Bank of Hyderabad and retired in January, 2012 as DMD - Corporate Strategy & New Businesses in SBI, Mumbai.
