Greaves Cotton appoints company secretary

The Board of Directors of Greaves Cotton have appointed Atindra Basu as company secretary and compliance officer of the company with effect from 14 August 2018. Basu is a Graduate in Law and qualified Company Secretary and having experience of more than 16 years in the field of Legal Advisory & Contract Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Litigation & Dispute Management and Legal Compliance & Training.
