Hong Kong equity market finished the session lower on Monday, 27 October 2014, amid concern the delay to the start of the Hong Kong-Shanghai bourse link will sap demand for shares. The Hang Seng Index declined 0.68%, or 158.97 points, to 23143.23. Turnover increased to HK$56.7 billion from HK$50.2 billion on Friday.
