HB Leasing & Finance Co announces cessation of company secretary
With effect from 05 March 2016
HB Leasing & Finance Co announced that Swati Vaish has ceased to be Company Secretary (also designated as Compliance Officer) of the Company upon her resignation w.e.f. 05 March 2016.The Company is in process of appointing new person in place of the outgoing official and intimation of new official would be given on appointment.
