Hindalco Industries updates on composite scheme of arrangment

Gets 5.85% stake in Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail

Hindalco Industries announced that under the Composite scheme of arrangement between Aditya Birla Nuvo (ABNL), Madura Garments Lifestyle Retail Company (MGLRCL) and Pantaloons Fashion & Retail (PFRL), the Company has been allotted on 27 January 2016, 4,49,82,142 equity shares of Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail aggregating to 5.85%.
