Hindustan Unilever receives approval of NCLT, Chandigarh Bench for scheme of amalgamation
Capital Market Hindustan Unilever has received the sanction of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench for the Scheme of
Amalgamation by way of merger by absorption among GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare (Transferor Company) and Hindustan Unilever and their respective Shareholders and Creditors.
The company has already received the approval of NCLT, Mumbai Bench vide order dated 24 September 2019.
