Hindustan Unilever standalone net profit rises 16.73% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales rise 8.93% to Rs 7555.00 crore

Net profit of Hindustan Unilever rose 16.73% to Rs 1018.08 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 872.13 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales rose 8.93% to Rs 7555.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 6935.82 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit rose 11.58% to Rs 4315.26 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 3867.49 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales rose 10.08% to Rs 30170.50 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 27408.29 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
