Housing Development Finance Corporation allots equity shares

Under stock options

Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that the Corporation on 09 March 2015 allotted 4,75,405 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 314,72,00,360 consisting of 157,36,00,180 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
