IB Infotech Enterprises announces change in company secretary

With effect from 01 April 2018

IB Infotech Enterprises announced that the Board of Directors of the Company have accepted the resignation of Mira Gopal Soni as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 1 April, 2018 and filled up the vacancy caused by appointing Nupur Kalyankar as a Company Secretary and Compliance officer of IB Infotech Enterprises w.e.f. 1 April, 2018 pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
