Acquires 1.02% stakeholding for consideration of Rs 4.46 cr
IL&FS Transportation Networks announced that Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services, Promoter has transferred its equity stake held in Noida Toll Bridge Company comprising of 19 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each representing 1.02% to the Company. The Company has paid a consideration of Rs 23.50 per share, the prevailing market price on the stock exchanges aggregating Rs 4.46 crore.Subsequent to the above acquisition, the Company's holding in Noida Toll Bridge Company has increased from 25.36% to 26.37%.
