ITNL Offshore successfully prices CNH 900 million Senior Unsecured Notes due 2021
IL&FS Transportation Networks announced that its subsidiary in Singapore, ITNL Offshore has successfully priced a bond deal for CNH 900 million (Reg S only) Senior Unsecured Notes due 2021 at an annualised yield of 8% and has today completed the allocation to the investors.This is the largest ever CNH bond issuance by the company in the international markets and one of the largest size achieved by an Indian corporate in the CNH bond market.
These notes will be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. The proceeds of this bond would be primarily issued to refinance the existing bonds of the company.
