NHAI to pay compensation of Rs 547.96 cr to PSRDCL
IL&FS Transportation Networks announced that the Hon'ble Arbitral Tribunal vide its Award dated 30 November 2017 has directed National Highway Authority of India to pay a sum of Rs 547.96 crore to Pune Sholapur Road Development Company (a subsidiary of the Company) with respect to Arbitration proceedings between PSRDCL and NHAI.PSRDCL had claimed compensation from NHAI for losses suffered by it on account of time overrun in the construction phase of the project.
