Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has added 70.65% over last one month compared to 14.09% gain in S&P BSE Realty Index index and 8.21% rise in the SENSEX

Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd rose 4.94% today to trade at Rs 70.05. The S&P BSE Realty Index index is up 2% to quote at 2146.73. The index is up 14.09 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Sobha Ltd increased 4.41% and Prestige Estates Projects Ltd added 3.45% on the day. The S&P BSE Realty Index index went up 21.4 % over last one year compared to the 15.26% surge in benchmark SENSEX.

Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has added 70.65% over last one month compared to 14.09% gain in S&P BSE Realty Index index and 8.21% rise in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 32021 shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 4.62 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 151 on 07 Jun 2019. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 38 on 07 Oct 2019.
