Infosys allots 87,071 equity shares under SICP

Infosys has allotted 87,071 equity shares under the 2015 Stock Incentive Compensation Plan to the eligible employees of the Company on 09 November 2020, pursuant to the exercise of Restricted Stock Units under ADR Issue.

Consequently, on 09 November 2020, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to ₹ 21,297,495,225/- divided into 4,259,499,045 Equity Shares of ₹5/- each.
