IRB Infra's project SPV raises Rs 800 cr via NCDs

IRB Infrastructure Developers announced that Yedeshi Aurangabad Tollway (YATL), subsidiary of IRB Infrastructure Trust, sponsored by IRB Infrastructure Developers, on 09 September 2022, has allotted INR denominated senior, secured, redeemable, listed, rated, non-convertible debentures aggregating to Rs 800 crore (Tranche 2) on a private placement basis to eligible investors.
