Ircon International has appointed Sudheer Kumar, Additional Member (Planning) [DIN: 01429832] as Part- Time (Official) Director of the Company in place of Piyush Agarwal, Ex-Additional Member (Planning), Railway Board with immediate effect till he holds the post of Additional Member (Planning), Railway Board or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
