IRCTC update on Employee OFS
Capital MarketIndian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation announced that in accordance with the approval given by Alternative Mechanism on 16 December 2020, the President of India, acting through Ministry of
Railways, Government of India is proposing to offer up to 16,00,000 equity shares of face value of 10 each to the eligible employees of the Company at a price of 1377.55 per equity share.
The Employee OFS shall remain open from 18 December 2020 (Friday) to
21 December 2020 (Monday) (both days inclusive).
