J B Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals update on price of Ranitidine

J B Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals announced that the National Pharmaceuticals Pricing Authority, vide order dated 01 July 2021, in exercise of its powers under Para 19 of Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013 has, in public interest, notified one-time price increase of 50% from the present ceiling price of 3 dosage forms of Ranitidine. The Company markets Ranitidine under the'Rantac' brand name in India.
