Jasch Industries announced the appointment of Dr. Shiv Kumar Khandelwal, Kuldeep Singal, Dr. Kailash Chander Varshney and Krishan Lall Khetarpaul as Independent Directors of the Company under the Companies Act, 2013 for a period of five years, without any liability to retire by rotation.
