Pentamedia Graphics announces resignation of director

With effect from 27 September 2015

Pentamedia Graphics announced that the Board of Directors have approved the change in the constitution of the Board with regard to the resignation of S. D. Viswanathan as a director of the Company.

The above change are with effect from 27 September 2015.
