With effect from 03 September 2015

Greenearth Resources & Projects announced that with effect from 31 August 2015, Aarti B. Chitroda, Company Secretary has resigned from the post of the Company Secretary of the Company.

Further, the Company has informed that Amruta Vitthal Kulkarni has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 03 September 2015.
