JMD Ventures makes investment in Neolab Biotech Industries

Through its subsidiary, JMD Medicos

JMD Ventures announced that its subsidiary, JMD Medicos has entered into strategic agreement with Neolab Biotech Industries, a proprietorship firm for an investment of Rs. 1 crore into the Company with a profit sharing to the extent of 95% of net profit of said firm.

Neolab Biotech Industries is into the business of ayurvedic medicine production was a supplier to the Company prior to entering into the agreement.
