Jumbo Bag will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 25 May 2014 to consider and to take on record the Unaudited Financials for the third quarter ended 31 December, 2013 and the Audited Financials for the year ended 31 March, 2014 and to consider recommendation of Dividend if any, inter alia, for the year 2013-2014
