K P I Global Infrastructure announced that Acuite Ratings & Research has assigned rating of ACUITE Provisional A- (A Minus); Outlook: Stable for the long term facilities of Rs. 25 crore by issuance of Non-Convertible Debenture proposed to be issued, as may be decided by the Board of Directors of the Company.
