Karnataka Bank directorate changes

W.e.f. 28 January 2014

Karnataka Bank announced that pursuant to Section 10A (2A) (i) of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, R V Shastri and U R Bhat have retired from the office as independent directors of the bank with effect from 28 January 2014 upon completion of eight years.
