- the Tranche I Prospectus dated 09 December 2019, in connection with the issue of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs.1,000 each for an amount of Rs. 500 crore with an option to retain oversubscription up to Rs. 1,000 crore aggregating up to Rs. 1,500 crore.
Necessary filing has been done with Registrar of Companies, Kolkata (ROC) and the same has been taken on record by ROC.
