Mahindra Composites updates on scheme of amalgamation

Scheme becomes effective on 10 December 2014

Mahindra Composites announced that the scheme of amalgamation between Mahindra Composites (referred as "Transferor Company") and Mahindra CIE Automotive ("Transferee Company") and their respective shareholders and creditors ("Composite Scheme") has become effective on 10 December 2014.
