Net profit of Mahindra Lifespace Developers declined 17.49% to Rs 19.15 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 23.21 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales declined 15.63% to Rs 86.18 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 102.15 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.For the full year,net profit declined 20.27% to Rs 77.73 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 97.49 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales declined 12.65% to Rs 307.07 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 351.52 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
