Marathon Nextgen Realty standalone net profit declines 47.04% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales decline 49.43% to Rs 53.82 crore

Net profit of Marathon Nextgen Realty declined 47.04% to Rs 21.53 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 40.65 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 49.43% to Rs 53.82 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 106.43 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 1.13% to Rs 87.96 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 86.98 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 2.10% to Rs 193.14 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 197.28 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
