Maruti Suzuki India announced the introduction of Auto Gear Shift (AGS) option in top-end Alpha trim of its premier urban compact vehicle - IGNIS.Maruti Suzuki's acclaimed AGS technology has been a game changer in the Indian automobile industry. AGS technology made two pedal transmission more affordable, offering fuel efficiency at par with manual transmission.
AGS is offered in both petrol and diesel variants of IGNIS.
The petrol version is priced at Rs 7.01 lakh while diesel version is priced at Rs 8.08 lakh ex-showroom Delhi.
