Mohit Industries fixes record date for scheme of demerger

Record date is 31 March 2016

Mohit Industries announced that the Company has fixed 31 March 2016 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the names of the shareholders of the Company who will shall be eligible to receive one (1) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of Bigbloc Construction against every one (1) equity share held by them in Mohit Industries pursuant to scheme of demerger.
