Mold-Tek Packaging has fixed 18 February 2016 as the Record Date for the purpose sub-division of equity shares of the Company having Face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) into 2 (Two) Equity Shares of Face value of Rs. 5/- (Rupee Five only) each fully paid-up.
