Total holding stands at 15.32% in share capital of AHFCL

Motilal Oswal Financial Services announced that the Company has been allotted 2,45,39,907 equity shares of Aspire Home Finance Corporation (AHFC), under right issue on 30 August 2016, there by leading to change in holding of 2.82% in share capital of AHFCL. The total holding of the Company in AHFCL is 15.32% as on date.
