National Fertilizer announces GoI's offer for sale of 15% stake

Floor price of OFS fixed at Rs 72.80 per equity share

National Fertilizer announced that The President of India, acting through and represented by the Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India (the "Seller"), promoter of National Fertilizers ("the Company") has Offered to sell up to 7,35,86,760 equity shares of the Company of face value of Rs. 10 each, representing 15% of the total paid up equity share capital of the Company (the "Offer Shares") on 26 July 2017 (for non-Retail Investors) and 27 July 2017 (for Retail Investors and for non-Retail Investors who choose to carry forward their bids), through a separate, designated window of the BSE and the NSE.

The Floor Price for the Offer shall be Rs 72.80 per equity share of the Company.
