Nava Bharat Ventures standalone net profit rises 136.23% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 8.03% to Rs 302.20 crore

Net profit of Nava Bharat Ventures rose 136.23% to Rs 57.64 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 24.40 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 8.03% to Rs 302.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 279.73 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 21.93% to Rs 111.22 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 142.47 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 14.20% to Rs 989.27 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 1152.94 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
