Nicco Corporation announces resignation of directors

With effect from 15 September 2014

Nicco Corporation announced that Dr. Tridibesh Mukherjee, a Director of the Company, being pre-occupied with a number of assignments, including some work for the Ministry of Steel, Government of India and consequently, not being in a position to devote adequate time to the affairs of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the directorship of the Company with effect from 15 September 2014.

Further, the Company has also informed that Sanjoy Bhattacharya, a Director of the Company, due to health grounds, being unable to devote his time effectively to the affairs of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the directorship of the Company with effect from 15 September 2014.
