Turnover rises
Nifty November 2014 futures were at 8,488.80, a premium of 11.45 points over spot closing of 8,477.35. Turnover on NSE's futures & options (F&O) segment increased to Rs 312409.89 crore from Rs 219639.90 crore on Thursday, 20 November 2014.
State Bank of India November 2014 futures were at 305.20, at a discount over spot closing of 305.50.
ICICI Bank November 2014 futures were at 1,741, at a premium over spot closing of 1,736.20.
Kotak Mahindra Bank November 2014 futures were at 1,201.90, at a premium over spot closing of 1,199.45.
In the spot market, the 50-unit CNX Nifty rose 75.45 points or 0.9% to settle at 8,477.35.
The November 2014 derivatives contract expire on 27 November 2014.
