Turnover declines
Nifty October 2014 futures were at 7911.85, a premium of 27.60 points over spot closing of 7884.25. Turnover on NSE's futures & options (F&O) segment declined to Rs 189541.02 crore from Rs 236320.13 crore on Friday, 10 October 2014.
Infosys October 2014 futures were at 3921, at a discount compared to spot closing of 3941.55.
Bharat Forge October 2014 futures were at 775, at a premium compared to spot closing of 771.70.
State Bank of India October 2014 futures were at 2493.90, at a premium over spot closing of 2483.
In the spot market, the 50-unit CNX Nifty rose 24.30 points or 0.31% to settle at 7,884.25, its highest closing level since 9 October 2014.
The October 2014 derivatives contracts expire on 30 October 2014.
