Nova Iron & Steel reports standalone net profit of Rs 8.60 crore in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 282.89% to Rs 10.07 crore

Net profit of Nova Iron & Steel reported to Rs 8.60 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against net loss of Rs 1.48 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 282.89% to Rs 10.07 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 2.63 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit declined 11.28% to Rs 2.28 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 2.57 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales declined 63.19% to Rs 19.61 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 53.27 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
