Net profit of Oberoi Realty declined 26.69% to Rs 56.65 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 77.27 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales declined 11.82% to Rs 157.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 178.38 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.For the full year,net profit declined 9.88% to Rs 295.12 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 327.47 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 3.19% to Rs 611.80 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 592.91 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
