Outcome of board meeting of Allsec Technologies

Allsec Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 February 2015, has transacted the following:- Aravinthan Wijay has consequent to a settlement agreement, surrendered his shares in the Company's Subsidiary Retreat Capital Management Inc & these Shares have been cancelled by the Company. Consequently, Retreat Capital Management Inc has now become a 100% subsidiary of Allsec Technologies.
