Outcome of board meeting of Bata India

Held on 11 February 2015

Bata India announced that at the Board Meeting of the Company held on 11 February 2015, the Board of Directors noted that Way Finders Brands (WFBL) has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company with effect from 10 February 2015. The entire share capital of Rs. 10 lac of WFBL is held by the Company and its nominees.
