CIL Nova Petrochemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 February 2015, inter alia, has considered the following businesses:- Romin Shah, Company Secretary will now also act as Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Vedprakash Chiripal.
