Auto Pins (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 February 2016 have approved the following -

Approved the change in financial year from 01 July - 30 June to 01 April - 31 March.

Approved the appointment of Siddhi Jain as Company Secretary of the Company.
